Why I built Kairox Method

When I first started coaching, I sold what everyone else was selling: programs, plans, accountability. I’d hand someone a four-week block, check in twice a week, and watch them light up for ten days and disappear for the next eighteen.

The pattern was the same every time. The first week was great. The second was good. Then a meeting ran long, the gym got skipped, the meal was a sandwich instead of the planned plate, and the whole thing unraveled by Sunday.

The problem wasn’t motivation. The problem was that the plan was made for someone who never had a bad week.

So I rebuilt the offer. Kairox Method is ongoing coaching, not a 30-day sprint. There’s built-in flexibility for weddings, work trips, and the occasional Tuesday where everything goes sideways. The plan adjusts as your life does.

The whole thing is built around a question: what would this plan look like if I assumed life was going to interfere? Then we run it together.

The pillars

Train. A program built around your body, your goals, and your schedule. We measure what matters and progress honestly. No chasing fatigue or copying someone else’s plan.

Eat. A calorie target, a protein floor, real food. No restrictive diets, just meals you’ll actually enjoy, at home or eating out.

Think. A weekly review. Sleep, stress, mood, one win, one friction. Five minutes a week. Months of those reviews and you have a map of yourself you can actually read.

What this site is

The site is how you find me. The app is where the work happens day-to-day. The diagnostic is how we figure out whether the Method is the right thing for you right now. Sometimes it isn’t, and I’d rather tell you on a call than three weeks into something we both wish we hadn’t started.

If you’re tired of starting over, the application is at /apply. I read every one personally.
