I built Kairox because every body and every life is different.

A few years ago, I was an accountant chasing every diet, every fitness trend, every “perfect plan.” Lose weight, gain it back, wonder why nothing lasted. So I went deep into physiology, nutrition, training, recovery, behavior. Pursued formal education. Became a certified fitness coach and nutrition specialist.
What I learned: no two people are the same. Different lives, different schedules, different challenges, different goals. Real progress starts with understanding the person behind the data.
Kairox combines technology with human coaching. The app simplifies tracking and saves time, but technology is just a tool. Real transformation comes from education, guidance, accountability, and someone who helps you read what your body is telling you.
My goal isn't to help you lose weight or build muscle. It's to help you understand your body, build habits that hold, and create a healthier relationship with food and yourself.
Lasting results aren't built through extreme diets or perfect weeks. They come from understanding, consistency, and a method designed around you.

Before I change anything, I map where you actually are. Body, training history, sleep, nutrition habits, mobility, and a long conversation about what you're really after. The plan starts from your real baseline, not an idealized version of it.
