Before I change anything, I map where you actually are. Body, training history, sleep, nutrition habits, mobility, and a long conversation about what you're really after. The plan starts from your real baseline, not an idealized version of it.
Built around you, not a template.
I design your program around what I learned about you: your training baseline, your conditioning needs, your nutrition targets, your sleep and stress practices. Every choice justified. Nothing generic. Adjusted as your body and your life change.
Do the work. Together.
Daily check-ins inside the app, video form review, photo and meal logs, and a direct line to me. The work is yours, but you're never doing it alone. On the hard days especially, that's what matters.
